When the Chittenango School District is closed or cancels after-school activities, the Town of Sullivan Parks & Rec. Dept.'s programs are cancelled.

Targeted—Targeted workout is a 30-minute workout working on specific body parts achieving better results.
Cardio Kickboxing— A cardio fusion class that blends punching and kicking sequences with touches of yoga, mobility and balance work—all set to crazy fun music. No prior experience needed.
LIFT 30— Get stronger in this 30 minute all weight-training class.
Step— Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4" to 12" raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles, and have fun doing it!
PIYO—PIYO is a mixture of the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates and the flexibility advantages of yoga.
PM Cardio Dance– This class is for anyone who wants to express themselves through dance and work up a sweat with great music and user friendly choreography.
Pound— Pound is a full-body cardio workout using drum sticks and rocking music.
STRONG - combines body weight strength conditioning and cardio moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every single move is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep.
Hip Hop Step - a cardio class using aerobic steps (provided) set to hip hop music. Beginner friendly.
