Classes include: PiYo/SoulFUSION, YOGA, SoulKickboxing, BootCamp, Tai Chi, Lift and Pound. The class you choose would meet 2 x per week for 1 month. Class days and times are posted on the website monthly. Please note times and days may vary from month to month.
If you prefer Saturday Only you can do all 3 Saturday morning classes for this price.

When the Chittenango School District is closed or cancels after-school activities, the Town of Sullivan Parks & Rec. Dept.'s programs are cancelled.

Targeted—Targeted workout is a 30-minute workout working on specific body parts achieving better results.
SoulKickboxing— A cardio fusion class that blends punching and kicking sequences with touches of yoga, mobility and balance work—all set to crazy fun music. No prior experience needed.
LIFT 30— Get stronger in this 30 minute all weight-training class.
Step— Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4" to 12" raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles, and have fun doing it!
PIYO/SoulFUSION—PIYO is a mixture of the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates and the flexibility advantages of yoga.
PM Cardio Dance– This class is for anyone who wants to express themselves through dance and work up a sweat with great music and user friendly choreography.
Pound— Pound is a full-body cardio workout using drum sticks and rocking music.
Boot Camp - Combination of cardio and strength training.
Yoga-This class is a wonderful end of your day, combining gentile movement with restorative. Relaxing poses to calm the nerves and prepare your body for bed and a good night's sleep.
